Function
Providing approximately 1,500m² of office space and 1,800m² of light industrial units with associated car parking, this facility will provide ‘plug in and go’ opportunities for local businesses and start-up companies. Phase 1 completed in 2006. It is hoped that this development will help boost employment opportunities in the NELM area.

Specific Qualities
The project has recently been awarded a Commendation for it’s Design by the Norwich Society and a Craftsmanship Award for New Commercial Buildings by the Norfolk Association of Architects.
