This exciting new primary school, which is the first to be commissioned by Norfolk County Council in 30 years, lies at the heart of a large residential estate. Local residents welcomed the school on the site and it now provides an invaluable focus for the community, whilst providing the children with a modern, high quality learning experience. The two-storey building has 11 classrooms, a large hall, ICT suite, early years unit and all-weather play area. It also has innovative teaching opportunities including a rotunda - an outdoor, circular classroom on the roof. The rotunda is protected by a large canvas sail and incorporates a stone seating area. On opening the school had 315 places, however it is able to expand to take 420 pupils should demand increase.
