Function
Chater Homes, a local house builder, has been developing land at Bixley Farm for many years using Feilden+Mawson house types. Currently progressing Phase 6, F+M have been associated with Chater Homes since 1991.

Specific Qualities
The latest Phase 5 of 110 dwellings includes a group of townhouses which forms one side of an enclosed green space. Their design is unique in that the living/dining area is on two levels creating a 1.5 storey living space with full height windows, on the first floor.
